There is an expectation of progression within this position as the team grows.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwriting profitable cyber insurance risks for SME / Mid-Market business clients (risks up to £100m revenue), including all tasks associated with risk and coverage analysis such as pricing and contract negotiations and in line with our underwriting strategy and guidelines.Deliver great service to brokers. Supporting the development of the Cyber product and proposition. Identify new opportunities to expand through pro-active business development and building strong relationships with Brokers and Clients.Promoting TMHCCI's cyber capabilities in client and broker meetings, conferences and market events and establishing TMHCCI as a reliable, responsible and knowledgeable partnerWriting new business, renewals, (both open market & online referrals) as well as also supporting the Professional Risks Underwriters with their Cyber referrals.EssentialSkills and Experience Specification:Ideally 3-5 years' experience of underwriting Cyber business, either standalone Cyber or alongside PIDemonstrated business development skills as well as technical underwriting knowledgeAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and internal stakeholdersHigh degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team.
