This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR or L&D professional who is passionate about people development and keen to build experience within a structured, fast-paced professional services environment.The position supports the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning solutions across face-to-face, virtual, and on-demand platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule learning and development sessions across UK officesProvide administrative and logistical support for L&D programmes, workshops, and eventsSupport virtual learning delivery as a technical producer using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and ZoomCreate, format, and distribute branded learning materials for digital and in-person sessionsEdit session recordings and maintain digital learning content librariesManage and update the Learning Hub via SharePointLiaise with facilitators, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deliverySupport onboarding of learning suppliers and process invoicesProvide administrative support for L&D projects and initiativesRequirementsEssentialStrong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and diariesHigh level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProactive, solutions-focused approach to workAbility to work collaboratively within a fast-changing environmentDesirablePrevious experience in Learning & Development, HR, or professional servicesFamiliarity with virtual learning platforms and digital content managementExperience using SharePoint or learning management systemsWillingness to travel to UK offices, including London, as requiredKey Skills & CompetenciesLearning coordination and programme administrationStakeholder communication and relationship managementDigital learning support and content managementOrganisation, planning, and time managementAdaptability and continuous improvement mindsetTeamwork within a professional services settingBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working model offering flexibilityExposure to a broad range of learning and development activitiesOngoing professional development and career progression opportunitiesInclusive, supportive, and collaborative working cultureOpportunity to build a long-term career within HR and people developmentApplication ProcessCandidates are encouraged to apply with an up-to-date CV outlining relevant administrative, HR, or learning support experience.
