Job DescriptionA private household in Surrey is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Houseman/Chauffeur/Security to provide allround support, including driving, household maintenance and security. The ideal candidate must be reliable, discreet, and comfortable working in a household with children and pets.This is a live-in role with your own separate cottage within the grounds – 2 bedrooms with own garden, all bills included except food.Houseman & Handyman Duties:\tPerforming household repairs and general maintenance\tKeeping the house and grounds tidy and in good order\tAssisting with grroundsman duties as required\tSome petcareChauffeur Duties:\tDriving the family, including airport pickups.\tTransporting Principals safely to meetings, events, and social outings\tEnsuring the family vehicle is clean, serviced and well-maintainedSecurity Duties:\tProviding general security for the house and its occupants\tMonitoring and ensuring the safety of the premises\tBeing alert to any security risks and responding accordinglyRequirements:\tPrevious experience in a similar live-in role (Houseman/Chauffeur/Security) in an UHNW household.\tValid UK driving licence with a clean record\tBackground in security or personal protection is a plus\tGood handyman and maintenance skills\tSome knowledge and experience of building management systems\tPet-friendly and comfortable around children\tTrustworthy, discreet, and professional\tRight to work in the UK
