Job DescriptionSenior Clinic Co-ordinator - Ongoing Temporary | Birmingham £12.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)Penns Personnel are delighted to be assisting a prestigious client in their search for a Senior Clinic Co-ordinator to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis and help make an impact in healthcare. You will help them deliver high-quality, efficient clinical services to their clients. This is a great opportunity to work for a company in conjunction with the NHS and private medical sector. Based in superb modern offices very close to Five Ways, this is a lovely opportunity to join a forward thinking and exciting organisation.They need an organised, proactive Senior Clinic Coordinator to support managing clinic operations and act as the key link between hospitals, Consultants, and our clinical teams. You’ll play a central role in ensuring their insourcing services meet the highest standards for patients and partners.Key responsibilities: * Liaise with hospitals to confirm staffing and schedules. * Coordinate clinical staff travel and availability. * Support contracts and service changes with operational and governance teams. * Handle clinic admin – booking patients, sending confirmations, processing test results. * Monitor outcomes and arrange follow-up where required. * Lead and support other clinic coordinators.You will need to have: * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * High level problem-solving skills. * Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities. * Attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines. * Resilience and a solutions-focused approach.If you’d like to be part of a growing, patient-focused organisation, working alongside an experienced Senior Management Team then get in touch today
