This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Construction Manager to join a thriving business with long-term career prospects.Project: £10M+ Large-Scale Cat B Fit OutScope of works included: full office fit out with new reception, executive suites, open-plan workspace, meeting and conference facilities, installation of MEP services, high-spec finishes, breakout areas, café/restaurant space, and all associated joinery and furniture.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of high-value fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities will include: * Taking ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring programmes are met and work is delivered to the highest standard. * Leading, mentoring, and managing site teams, including subcontractors and junior managers. * Working closely with the Project Director/Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed project programmes and resourcing plans. * Driving health & safety standards across the site, ensuring full compliance with statutory and company policies.Key Skills & Attributes * Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager within the London fit-out or refurbishment market. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively. * Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and technical coordination. * Track record of delivering projects £10m+ within commercial interiors or similar sectors
