Proposals & Commercial Contracts Manager

Job DescriptionTalent Frame are pleased to be hiring a Proposals & Commercial Contracts Manager role that sits with the Bids and Proposals team for a leading provider of complex global B2B services.The position is hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the HQ in Hampshire.The role will include the following responsibilities:You will be the subject matter expert for front-line contract negotiations - largely around termination clauses, liability and overall risk management of the contracts.Lead a small team that oversees tenders and proposals processes for new business and renewals, covering global regions and £multi-million value.You will ensure processes are compliant with required legal and risk frameworks.
