This company is seeking an experienced Engine Mechanic/ Technician to join their dynamic team in Stansted.About the RoleAs an Engine Mechanic/ Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair activities within the company's busy workshop. This is a key role that will involve working closely with the Team Leaders and Workshop Manager to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Performing maintenance and repair work on various engine types, including CFM56, LEAP, V2500, RB211, CF6, CF34, PW4000, PW1000G and Trent700Adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirementsMaintaining excellent organisational and communication skillsDemonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to your workPromoting a safe and efficient working environmentWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate for this Engine Mechanic/ Technician role will have the following qualifications and experience:Time-served aerospace industry apprenticeship with a minimum of 2 years' post-apprenticeship experiencePrevious experience working in a busy engine shop on the engine types listed aboveExcellent organisational and communication skillsKnowledge of engine shop manuals and associated manuals, including relevant ATA chaptersAwareness of Part 145 and FAA regulationsA previously held company approval on at least one of the engine types aboveWhy Join This Company?This company offers a competitive salary, a range of attractive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
