For more information, please visit our website: www.navalsolutions.co.uk.Role DescriptionNAVAL SOLUTIONS is offering a range of full-time hybrid roles for Safety Engineering Consultants across both the Greater Bristol Area and Warrington, United Kingdom. These opportunities span the marine and nuclear sectors, with positions available at various levels of experience. While most roles involve occasional on-site attendance, there is flexibility for remote work as well. Consultants will contribute to the development and implementation of safety engineering solutions, conduct risk assessments, ensure Environment Health and Safety (EHS) compliance, and deliver safety and compliance training. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain the highest safety standards within marine and nuclear engineering projects.QualificationsApplicants for Safety Engineering Consultant roles at NAVAL SOLUTIONS are encouraged to apply if you meet any of the following criteria. We welcome candidates at all levels of experience and from diverse backgrounds in Maritime Safety, Nuclear Safety, Maritime Engineering, and Nuclear Engineering:· Proficiency in safety engineering or process safety practices relevant to the maritime or nuclear sectors· Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, with application in either marine or nuclear environments· Experience in delivering training or workshops related to safety, compliance, or engineering best practices within maritime or nuclear settings· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, demonstrated in either maritime or nuclear engineering projects· Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a hybrid work environment, including multidisciplinary teams· Background or hands-on experience in marine engineering, maritime safety, nuclear engineering, or nuclear safety (experience in one or more areas is valued)· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Marine Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related discipline is preferredCandidates need not meet every criterion—demonstrated strength or experience in any relevant area is encouraged.
