Job DescriptionLitigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £55,000+ (DOE) - Are you a talented Civil or Commercial Litigation Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? JOB REF:1782.THE ROLE:• You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.• As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice• You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.SKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation• Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset• Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offersON OFFER:• Competitive remuneration package on offer.• Hybrid and flexible working options• A genuine commitment to professional development and internal progression
