We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Lewisham to support in a Resource Base for children with additional needs.Key Responsibilities:Working in a small class for children with additional needs to deliver the curriculum and boost their confidence and skills.Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant:Either a Level 4 + qualification and/or a degree in Early Childhood studies would be beneficial .Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
