Marketing Production Associate (Italian Speaking) – London (Hybrid)Compensation: £60,000 + bonusAbout the Role:We're seeking a Marketing Production Associate to join a leading global investment firm's European marketing team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and delivering high-quality marketing materials across multiple channels, supporting business objectives in the UK and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage production of marketing materials (brochures, sales aids, social media assets) ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.Act as a liaison between marketing, product, editorial, and sales teams to keep projects aligned and on track.Oversee digital, print, and multimedia asset creation and updates.Support quarterly reporting processes and maintain content accuracy across European websites.Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all client touchpoints.Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements.What We're Looking ForLanguage: Fluent business-level Italian (essential)Experience: Background in marketing production, project management, or related fields.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and marketing disclosures is advantageous.Industry Experience: Financial ServicesAdditional DetailsLocation: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office).Visa: Sponsorship not available.
