This role involves providing person-centred, trauma-informed support to adults with autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs in a safe, structured home environment.You’ll work varied shifts, including long days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, supporting individuals to develop independence, confidence, and life skills. A driving licence is highly desirable, as you may support people to attend appointments, education, and community activities.Key Responsibilities * Provide consistent 1:1 support within a supported living setting. * Support daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and independent living skills. * Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches to manage anxiety and challenging behaviour. * Promote inclusion and engagement in social, leisure, and community activities. * Keep clear, accurate records and communicate effectively with families and professionals.About YouDesirable: * Driving licence and ability to use own or company vehicle. * NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards). * Training in Safeguarding, First Aid, or PMVA/MAPA. * Experience in supported living or community-based care
