Job DescriptionJob Title: Plumber – Social HousingLocation: Greater MerseysideSalary: Negotiable- depending on experienceJob Type: Temp/Perm/On Going About the Role:We’re currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join our responsive repairs and maintenance/ Planned works team within the social housing sector. You’ll carry out essential plumbing work in both tenanted and void properties.Key Responsibilities:Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.Respond to day-to-day repair requests and emergenciesInstall, service, and repair pipework, fixtures, radiators, and sanitation systemsEnsure all work complies with health and safety and relevant building regulationsDeliver excellent customer service, treating tenants with respect and professionalismMaintain accurate records of work completed using a PDA or job management systemRequirements:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalentProven experience in plumbing maintenance, ideally within the social housing sectorValid UK driving licenceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + overtime opportunitiesCompany van and fuel cardTemp to Perm optionsOpportunities to work with reputable companiesIf you are interested, please apply today
