You will support the smooth delivery of our training courses and help ensure everything behind the scenes operates to a high standard. Reporting to the CEO and Financial Director, you will play a key part in our continued growth.This full-time role begins in April 2026 and will be based at our new office which will be situated between Caterham and East Grinstead.If you'd like to join us as the Operations Manager and help shape the future of Rebound Therapy, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Advising on and arranging training courses. Booking tutors and managing course logistics. Invoicing and processing payments. Following up with delegates after training. Coordinating email marketing and social media activity. Handling written communication and telephone enquiries.
