As a Site HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our people strategy at site level.What you'll doLead the delivery of the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding through to exit.Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, supporting them with HR policies and employment terms.Drive compliance with KPIs such as absence and turnover and provide insights through HR data analysis.Champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion and Mller values.Support workforce planning, talent development and succession strategies.Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.What we're looking forA strong HR generalist with experience across the employee lifecycle.In-depth understanding of HR procedures.Knowledge/awareness of HR policy, employment legislation and GDPR.Skilled in training delivery and data interpretation.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A collaborative mindset with empathy and emotional intelligence.Why Mller?We don't just offer a job - we offer a career where you can thrive.
