With experience in managing people, you’ll engage with your teams to ensure that every colleague feels supported in their own professional and personal development, whilst also fostering collaboration with your peers for a functional & operating site; in adherence to our Total Productive Management (TPM) principles as a guiding framework.Your Main Responsibilities Also Include Promote health, welfare, and behavioural safety by driving hazard identification, closure, and safe working practices. Maintain a safe and effective workforce through strong wellbeing and attendance management. Achieve product, process, and first-time-right quality standards through effective quality control, audits, and adherence to the Quality Management System. Drive high performance through clear communication, performance management, and ongoing development of team capability. Deliver operational, quality, and reliability KPIs while ensuring strong cost control. Lead TPM activity, including Autonomous Maintenance and loss reduction, to secure sustained performance. Govern maintenance execution in line with the maintenance plan and technical standards. Use data analysis to identify trends, set priorities, and deliver targeted improvements. Lead controlled Management of Change to minimise safety, quality, and reliability risks. Strengthen internal and external collaboration, including effective stakeholder and supplier management, to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.About The TeamHelping millions of consumers enjoy our beers and ciders is a real team effort. The ideal candidate will have:As well as the above, the ideal candidate will have: Packaging and FMCG exposure: Previous experience working in a fast paced environment or automated packaging line within Supply Chain, will help you succeed and empower those around you. TPM Know-How: A solid understanding of Total Productive Maintenance principles. People Management Skills: A proven track record of leading teams with a supportive, engaging leadership style. Laser-Focused on Safety: A solid commitment to health and safety with exceptional attention to detail.
