Supply Chain SupervisorMonday to Friday days100% onsiteOur Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent's European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors' studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Supervisor to lead and manage key operational areas within our supply chain function, including Clinical Storage, Distribution, and Pre-Distribution teams. This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering against key performance metrics such as Ready To Execute (RTE), On Time Delivery (OTD), and financial targets.The Role:Lead daily operations across Clinical Storage, Distribution, and Pre-Distribution teams, ensuring performance against KPIs.Manage service level agreements, allocate workloads, and oversee training to support team development and succession planning.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and ensure effective communication across interfaces.Drive process improvements, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to manage risks and maintain service levels.Conduct regular gemba walks to ensure compliance with policies and standards.Champion environmental sustainability initiatives including recycling, energy and water conservation, and waste minimisation.Act as Local System Owner for systems such as JD Edwards, FusionConnect, and Shipment Portal.Manage departmental reporting, including KPIs and TrackWise records, and provide supervisory coverage across functions when needed.Other duties as assignedThe CandidateProven experience in people leadershipProven experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.Strong experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Clear communicator with excellent time management.Skilled in JD Edwards and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).Why You Should Join Catalent:Competitive Salary – Reflecting your experience and skills.Bonus & Benefits – Includes a site performance bonus, a pension scheme matching up to 7.5% and life assurance.
