Our Managing Directors are organically grown - with the youngest being only 26About the positionPosition title: Executive Search Recruitment ConsultantLocation: 1 E Parade, Leeds LS1 2AD - 5 days in office Mon-FriThis is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market; market specialism will be dependant business & team.Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.Keep the CRM & databases updated.What is in it for you?Base salary + an industry-leading uncapped commission structure up to 60%.
