Job DescriptionI’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm for a Paralegal / Team Assistant to join their Private Client team in Cambridge.About the roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in Private Client work who is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.Key responsibilities:Support the team with a range of client mattersManage your own caseload of client workMeet and greet clients and handle telephone enquiriesTake new enquiries from prospective clientsManage financial and administrative aspects of client mattersKeep fee-earners updated on task progressManage diaries and inboxesCoordinate electronic documents with external partiesCollaborate with colleagues across the organisationParticipate in networking and business development initiativesCandidate requirements:Experience:Previous experience in a Private Client departmentGood understanding of the Solicitors Accounts RulesStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficePersonal qualities:Excellent attention to detail and communication skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesProactive, self-motivated and personableAble to remain calm under pressureWhat the firm offers:Competitive salary and bonus scheme26 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysFlexible working optionsBirthday off plus voucherPension, life insurance and income protectionHealth insurance and healthcare cash planWellbeing support including Calm premium and a 24/7 helplineInterested?
