You will lead high-impact projects across strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and M&A, applying judgement to ambiguous problems and ensuring outputs meet a consistently high quality bar. You will be expected to operate as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders, manage delivery through others, and uphold rigorous standards for insight, analysis, and communication in a highly visible environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering clear, concise insights and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery of discrete strategic projects from problem definition through to CEO-ready recommendationLead market, customer, and competitive analyses to produce clear, decision-relevant insightDevelop and quality-control executive-level materials for Board and ExCo audiencesBuild and review robust financial models and business cases to support investment and portfolio decisionsLead and coordinate cross-functional inputs across Finance, Product, Technology, and Commercial teamsDrive M&A and partnership evaluations, including strategic rationale, valuation analysis, and executive recommendationManage multiple concurrent priorities, ensuring nothing drops on quality, pace, or ownershipBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and sound judgementCoach and develop Associates, setting high standards and building long-term capability in the teamQualifications5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, investment banking, or related fields.A track record of delivering high-impact work in demanding, fast-paced environments. Ability to own and deliver complex workstreams end-to-end, including problem framing, analysis, and executive-level communicationStrong executive communication skills, written and verbal. Proven track record of producing CEO / Board-level materials that influence real decisions.
