Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior User Experience Designer to join our Studio Design, Loans Enablement platform team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Plan, map out user flows and journeys, and identify research opportunities.Collaborate within design systems and component libraries to master and advance your craft.Manage a range of project sizes, balancing time effectively and generating multiple solutions to problems.Take initiative to drive work forward, maintain open communication, and escalate issues when necessary.Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.Communicate effectively and build strong cross-functional relationships.Think strategically across problem sets and apply appropriate solutions.Work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks and general guidance on new projects.Deliver polished work with great attention to detail that addresses user and business needs.
