Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager to support a major transformation programme. This position requires strong functional expertise across payroll and HR, combined with experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations.This role requires an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll/HCM functional expert with hands-on experience.You will guide solution delivery, manage complex dependencies, influence technical decisions, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation within a multi-supplier environment. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to operate independently.Key Responsibilities * Support the development and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM solutions. * Lead decision-making around functional and technical solution design. * Manage delivery risks, issues, and change across multiple teams and suppliers. * Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, providing expert guidance and communication. * Use data to inform planning, dependencies, and delivery assurance. * Ensure all services and deliverables meet required standards and governance. * Produce high-quality business documentation and functional materials. * Collaborate effectively across internal teams and third-party suppliers.Essential Skills & Experience * Degree-level qualification. * Strong payroll function knowledge. * Strong knowledge of HR/People function across both transactional and strategic areas. * Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes. * Experience working effectively within a multi-supplier environment. * Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations in large organisations. * Strong communication skills and high-quality documentation capabilities. * Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * Ability to work independently.Desirable Skills * 10+ years’ experience in complex ERP-enabled transformation programmes.Top 3 Required Skills * Two or more Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementations. * Strong HCM Payroll expertise. * Hands-on Oracle Fusion functional consulting experience
