You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.Working Hours:Total Weekly Hours: 35Schedule: Thursday to MondayDaily Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhat You'll DoWelcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offeringsConduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developmentsManage the full sales process smoothly and efficientlyStay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisionsCollaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offersWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agencyAble to work Thursday through to Monday 10am-5pm (our busiest times)Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleA passion for providing exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven, proactive, and adaptableJBRP1_UKTJ
