Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Associate - Corporate Services (6-Month FTC)Location: Central London Salary: £27,500 per annum Contract Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Corporate Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment within a leading global banking institution, supporting a broad range of corporate clients.Based in our Central London office, you will play a key role in managing corporate account services, including payments, KYC reviews, account openings, and fixed deposit renewals. You will be working closely with internal departments such as Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day queries from corporate clients, including cheque book requisitions and payment-related queriesManage the onboarding and periodic review of corporate and correspondent banking relationshipsEnsure timely scanning and processing of account opening and maintenance requestsCreate and renew fixed deposits for corporate clientsLiaise with Compliance to resolve issues related to high-risk jurisdictions and overdue KYC profilesPrepare analysis notes for new and existing client reviewsSupport team members and management with email handling, document processing, and ad-hoc requestsMaintain accurate records and databases for all corporate relationshipsUphold internal and external compliance standards, including those set by the FCA, PRA, RBI, and internal policiesKey RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in retail or wholesale operationsStrong understanding of compliance and risk management, especially in relation to KYC and AML practicesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree, ideally in finance or a related fieldAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsDesirablePrior exposure to handling high-risk or international client accountsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks from the FCA, PRA, and/or RBIInternal audit knowledge or qualifications would be advantageousWhy Join Us?Work at the heart of global banking operationsBe part of a collaborative and dynamic corporate services teamGain exposure to high-value corporate relationships and compliance processesCentral London location with accessible transport linksApply now to take the next step in your corporate banking career
