Job DescriptionJob Title: Mobile Electrician – Commercial MaintenanceLocation: London-based with travel as required (Kent, Portsmouth & wider UK) Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE Salary: £49,000 DOE + Overtime (x1.5 after 9–5 and weekends) Hours: 9:00–17:00 (call outs/overtime available)The OpportunityOur client is seeking a fully qualified, client-facing Electrician to join their mobile maintenance team, supporting commercial premises across London and occasionally further afield. This is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in customer environments, and delivers high-quality reactive and planned maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical maintenance and repairs within live commercial environmentsEnsuring safety compliance and high standards of workmanshipActing as the company representative on-site with building managers and staffFault-finding, testing/inspection and minor installation workParticipation in the reactive call-out rotaOn-Call & OvertimeOn-call every 2nd week (Mon–Fri)Approx. 1 weekend per month (typically very low frequency)Additional overtime available for those who want itDesired ProfileElectrician by trade with commercial maintenance experienceStrong communicator; confident and professional in client-facing situationsProactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently across multiple sitesQualifications (Preffered, not mandatory)Full UK driving licenceNVQ Level 318th Edition2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)Package & BenefitsCompany van provided (fuel & business expenses covered)Standard tool kit required — specialist equipment provided where neededHoliday allowance, pension & sick paySupportive and varied team culture
