International Payroll Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Glasgow, offering hybrid working (initial pattern 2 days in the office and 3 from home, this may change to 1 day in the office and 4 from home) - our client offers market-leading benefits.You'll join a proactive environment, where career advancement is very much on offer (all levels).About the Role: In this full end-to-end payroll role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with the HR and finance teams to support smooth payroll operations.Responsibilities:\tFull end-to-end payroll processing (global regions)\tEnsuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal policies\tMaintaining accurate payroll records and reports\tResponding to payroll-related queries from staff and management\tLiaising with HMRC and pension providers as requiredQualifications:Previous experience in payroll is essential - all regions considered, however, experience of NL and or Germany would be highly advantageous.Required Skills\tStrong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance\tExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy\tConfident in using payroll software and MS Office\tAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTo find out more, please get in touch pamela.mcculloch@hutcheonmearns.co.ukPlease note, sponsorship is not available and the role will require the successful candidate to be office-based (once or twice a week); therefore, remote working is not possible.```
