As a Paralegal in private Clients, you will play a vital role within the specialist firm, assisting with a variety of private client matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone proactive and detail-oriented who thrives in a supportive yet dynamic environment.Core Duties will include:       Assisting a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to:\tDrafting wills\tEstate planning\tTrust creation and administration\tProbate and estate administration\tPowers of attorney\tTax planning Assisting in the provision of clear and tailored advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across the firm. Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.Ideal Candidates must have the following: Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal is essential. Law Degree / LPC/ SQE/ CILEX , Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and effective communication skills.
