Job DescriptionA leading contractor in the water and utilities sector is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee civils works on a major water infrastructure programme in Liverpool. This is an outside IR35 assignment, available on a CIS or LTD basis, with an immediate start.Role Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations on water utility civils projects * Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery * Ensure compliance with health and safety, RAMS, and quality standards * Coordinate with project managers, engineers and client representatives * Oversee progress reporting and site documentation * Drive programme delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are metRequirements * Proven experience as a Site Agent within water utilities or heavy civils * Strong understanding of WTW/WTW upgrades, pipelines or drainage works * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred * Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to start immediately and commit for the full contract durationWhat’s On Offer * Outside IR35 contract * CIS or LTD payment options * £450 – £550 per day * Long-term contract – 10 months * Liverpool-based role with a major utilities contractorIf this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
