At the heart of it all is a relentless drive to push boundaries, tell bold stories, and connect brands to youth culture like no one else can.About the Role 2026 is going to be a big year for us due to continued client wins, so we’re building a talent pool of exceptional Account Directors within our Client Projects team. This team is all about client servicing and being the go‑to contact for the delivery of branded work. Key roles and responsibilities involve:Strategically plan and deliver branded content campaigns from beginning to end across a dedicated agency patch with the support of the Group Account DirectorLead upfront briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company and project needsPartner closely with Client Solutions, Trafficking, Creative and the Client Projects teams in order to optimise day to day campaign process and workflowBuild strong client relationships through ongoing communication and updates surrounding campaign deliverables and managing of client expectations through a positive, solutions‑focused attitudeAccurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and creating SOWsSkills and experience we'd like you to have Strong background in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and static contentA thorough knowledge and understanding of core project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand and create timelines, development of clear and concise presentations, and management of marginA team leader with the ability to lead and nurture members of the teamComfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trustComfortable in fast‑paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solutionStrong written and verbal skills, providing presentation support to your line manager or broader team where necessaryRegister your interest If this sounds like your kind of role and you’d like to be considered for future roles, hit the apply button.Working arrangementsAt LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.Equal opportunitiesLADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
