Job DescriptionTax Director - M&A & CT AdvisoryLocation: Birmingham, UKThe Role We're seeking a senior tax professional to build and lead a new M&A-focused direct tax team in the UK. You will advise on corporate transactions (including TDD), income and corporation tax, capital gains, WHT, and cross-border structuring for an international client base.
