Job DescriptionKirtana consulting is looking for Oracle fusion HCM lead role for 6months rolling contract in Leeds.Job description:Role Title: Oracle Fusion HCM LeadWe're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to implement and support Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management process, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.Your roleAs an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management for the UK public sector.You'll also need to lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.Must have skills: Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management for UK Public Sector clients. Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management and other modules Knowledge and experience with full SDLC life cycle Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferred Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning. Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management and other relevant modules.
