You'll develop new business from these key accounts while seeking opportunities for growth within existing and potential clients. As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor and guide other Agency Managers, shaping the strategic direction of the airport business.As a Senior Airports Agency Manager at Global, you'll will:Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy (40%): Develop and implement business plans for key accounts, driving both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities. Proactively create demand for airport media solutions, developing and pitching innovative ideas to key clients and agencies.Leadership & Relationship Management (40%): Lead and grow senior-level relationships with our largest airport specialists to ensure long-term success and account retention. Build trust and credibility and represent Global's airport product offering internally and externally.Team Development & Collaboration (20%): Act as a senior member of the team by guiding, supporting, and coaching other Agency Managers.
