This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Facilities Management department and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Client DetailsThe organisation is a well-established Energy company operating within the London area. It is recognised for its commitment to high standards and effective management within its Facilities Management department.DescriptionDevelop and implement health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.Provide training and guidance on health and safety practices to staff and stakeholders.Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure safe working environments.Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to health and safety activities.ProfileA successful Health & Safety professional should have:A relevant qualification or certification in health and safety management.Must have a good knowledge of CDM regulationsMust have a good knowledge of ISO 45001Experience working within the not-for-profit or Facilities Management sector.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing health and safety matters.come from a Construction or housing background of workJob OfferCompetitive salary between £65,000, depending on experience.2 days a week in the office Permanent position in a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation.Opportunities to make a meaningful impact within the Facilities Management department.Work in a supportive and collaborative environment in London.Take this opportunity to advance your career in the not-for-profit industry by applying for this Health & Safety role today
