You will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will lead 1-2 civil supervisor and collaborators and ensure that subcontractors achieve the working tasks in accordance with the deadlines and QHSE procedures.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respectedMonitor the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring to reach the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirementsSet-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the project and coordinate human and technical resourcesArrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of civil construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling the activities performed with the supervisors under your scopeBuild reports with information regarding the progress of the work indicating any cause of deviation and propose solutions and/or request instructionsControl production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity to ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organizationSupport the resolution of civil technical problems encountered during the execution of the worksManage technical and administrative documentationEnsure the achievement of the MC certificate according to priority and systemization done by commissioning, being responsible for certification and punch list clearanceWhat are we looking for?Experience: 15-20 years with civil work activities as subcontractor site manager or similar supervising roles for construction sites/projectsEducation: relevant diplomaTechnical skills: Dewatering; Piling; Civil work supervision; team leadingWhat We Can Offer To YouContractor role, full time, up to 5,5 days/week when neededOutside IR35Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development and opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and cooperation with all our collaborators to achieve common goals.Location: TalacreStart date: January/February 2026Please note: All applicants must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status, as Saipem is unable to offer sponsorships.Additional InformationWe embrace diversity At Saipem, we believe that innovation thrives through diversity.
