Daily supply is often a strong stepping stone into longer-term or permanent roles, allowing you to get to know a school, its staff, and pupils before committing to a long-term placement.You may be working as a general classroom Teaching Assistant, a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, or a combination of both, depending on the needs of the school and your experience.
