This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving practice known for its collegiate working culture, high-quality transactions, and strong internal progression pathways.We recently placed an Associate into this team who has since progressed into a senior role, illustrating the firm’s commitment to genuine career development and structured advancement.Associate (NQ – 5 PQE)For this level, the team is open to applicants with mixed experience, ideally covering both commercial property and real estate finance work.You will have:•             Up to 5 years PQE Exposure to property finance and/or commercial real estate transactions Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn within a supportive teamKey Responsibilities:•             Assisting on acquisition, development, and refinancing transactions Supporting senior lawyers on due diligence and drafting loan and security documents Working with a wide range of clients, including large banks/lenders and investors Collaborating with colleagues across related practice areasWhy This Role:•             Broad deal exposure Excellent training and mentorship - working directly with a Partner and Senior Associate ranked in Chambers & L500 A proven track record of internal progression: a previous junior hire has already moved into a senior roleSenior Associate (5+ PQE)For this position, the firm requires a clear and consistent focus on real estate finance.
