The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations on new build residential and fit-out schemes, ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of all site logistics activities.This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work in 2025 and beyond.Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all site logistics operations from inception to completion * Develop and implement project-specific logistics plans, traffic management plans, and delivery schedules * Manage and coordinate logistics supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors * Oversee delivery management systems, vehicle movements, and site access * Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Liaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination * Manage site waste and material handling in line with sustainability targets * Provide regular progress reports and attend project meetingsRequirementsNVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalentBlack CSCS Manager’s CardSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)Valid First Aid at Work certificateProven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projectsStrong understanding of new build residential and fit-out environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExperience working for a Construction Logistics Contractor – advantageousWhat We Offer * Long-term opportunity with a strong project pipeline * Supportive, safety-driven work culture * Opportunities for professional growth and career progression
