Combining a highly skilled workforce with a modern fleet of plant and equipment, they apply technical expertise and innovative methods to deliver projects efficiently, on schedule, and to exacting standards.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join and lead the delivery of a broad portfolio of projects based in South Yorkshire. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring all engineering activities are carried out to the highest standards and in full compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry best practices. You will manage and direct on-site operations, guide project teams, resolve complex engineering challenges, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout every stage of each project.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee subcontractorsPrepare and present regular progress reportsProvide progress updates to The Senior Management TeamLead quality assurance and technical guidance across all project stagesIdentify and resolve complex technical issues or challenges encountered onsiteCoordinate with project teams to establish, monitor, and maintain project schedulesMaintain comprehensive project records inspection reports and compliance documentationLead and verify site surveys, establish reference points, lines, and levels, and ensure accurate as-built surveysAnalyse, interpret, and execute technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specificationsOversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project plans and building codesImplement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnelLead quality assurance and control processes to maintain adherence to project standards and specificationsContact Details:James Shorte - Associate DirectorT: (phone number removed)Thomas Robertshaw - ResourcerT: (phone number removed)
