Assisting in supplying client with Target Costs and Budget estimates.You'll work with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare clear and accurate quarterly forecasts for all Specialist Treatment, Routine & Cyclical maintenance works.We'll ask you to prepare early warning notices and CE quotations, submitting of claims and applications to the client and ensuring payment is received and assist in agreement of final accounts for all Specialist Treatment, Routine & Cyclical maintenance works.Risk & opportunity management. Monthly cost and value reconciliation & management.You'll assist in management of supply chain.
