The RoleIn a dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will play a key part in keeping our wines flowing smoothly across our national network, while working with some of the best in the business.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited toEnd-to-End Supply Management: From forecasting and replenishment ordering to managing supplier pipelines and UK network transfers.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical mindset to monitor stock levels, trends, and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, 3PL warehouses, Freight Forwarders and Suppliers.Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively manage stock availability, cover, and risks—ensuring actions and updates are clearly communicated.Continuous Improvement: Champion smarter ways of working and support wider supply chain initiatives.About YouDegree qualified, ideally in a business or analytical disciplineStrong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systemsExcellent Excel skills; advanced user essentialWine industry experience or WSET certification is a big plusStrong knowledge of freight forwarding, import documentation, and wine logisticsGreat commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindsetExceptional analytical and communication skillsExperience with supply chain systems & demand planning toolsLanguages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a bonus.A genuine enthusiasm for operational excellence and problem-solvingPrevious experience of building successful relationships with 3PL warehousing and freight forwardersOfferCompetitive salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience 25 days holiday Company pensionAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgrammeContribution to Dental CostsDiscount on some of our productsBecome an integral part of our family businessA bottle of wine on your birthday and Berkmann anniversary£500 referral scheme Working PatternThis role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to business needs.LocationHead office in London.
