Job Description********Legal PAs/EAs **********Are you looking for a role that will utilise all your organisation skills and allow you to become a true right hand person to lawyers up to Partner level?My client is seeking an experienced Junior Legal PA or Legal PA/Legal EA who is seeking a firm that will ensure your skills are valued and utilised and encourage growth and progression within your skills.The firm and practice area has an international reach that is envied throughout the legal industry and you will be involved all aspects of the practice including\tdiary and email management and lots of client contact\tmanaging the billing process with a commercial eye\tensuring documentation is created, amended in a timely manner\tmanaging client meeting arrangements including travel arrangements\tcompiling and processing expenses\tliaising with internal support teams including finance and marketingBenefits included - stunning offices in the heart of the city, a great salary and discretionary bonus, continual development, hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 from home and a great working cultureThis is an initial 12 month contract with lots of scope post contractTo apply you will need to be able to offer previous experience of working within law firms as a legal PA/EA - at least at a junior level and have experience of all the above duties.
