If yes, then we have the perfect position for youWe are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Wellingborough, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee.This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 with the hours of 07:00 – 15:00 or 4 on 4 off with the hours of 07:00 – 19:00.Pay, benefits and more:Hourly rate of £13.08 Overtime paid at time and a halfAccess to high street discounts20 days of holiday pay inclusive of Bank HolidaysWorkplace pensionA 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programmeAccess to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much moreAccess to GXO University – home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never endsWhat you’ll do on a typical day:Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehiclesResponsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls Data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operationsMaintaining a clean and safe warehouse environmentWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficialCurrent UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essentialGood verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work in a team and independently when requiredPositive attitude and willingness to learnWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
