They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Exeter team.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior-level role with real ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression. You will work across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, education, heritage and public sector projects, typically ranging from £5 million to £60 million in value.From early feasibility through to final account, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful projects that positively influence the built environment.The team fosters a culture of support, collaboration and progression, making it an ideal environment for ambitious QS professionals looking to further their career and make a lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesProvide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across multiple projectsPrepare cost plans, estimates, budgets and feasibility studiesLead procurement activities including tender documentation, analysis and recommendationsManage contract administration duties including valuations, variations and final accountsAct as the main commercial point of contact for clients, offering robust and trusted adviceWork closely with project teams to ensure financial control, value engineering and risk managementSupport best practice development internally and assist with mentoring junior QS team membersEnsure compliance with relevant contract forms (e.g. JCT, NEC), regulations and internal quality proceduresExperienceExperienced Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environmentMust be MRICS charteredApply or Contact:hannah.wade@konkergroup.com
