If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months and we currently require an individual with a short notice period.What does a CGI Project Producer do on at Hogarth?You will be assigned to a key client account to manage the daily production and delivery on automotive CGI projects for 3D models and configurator assets. You'll have responsibility for managing the jobs' progress through the studio from initial client contact and briefing, through to costing, planning, liaising with Artists and clients, and tight scheduling for an accurate and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as primary liaison between various internal teams from both our US and UK officesFollowing established processes to coordinate and traffic CGI projects through all departmentsCreate estimates and issue timing plans to accompany CGI projectsMonitor the progress and completion of projects against published timings, raising and escalating any risk items that may affect deliveryWork closely with CGI Studio Manager and CGI Creative Director to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all requirementsLead regular project status meetings with the client and CGI production teams on your projectsAccurately define project scopes and generate accurate estimates (establish baseline in first quarter and then set goals for improvement in subsequent quarters/halves)Deliver projects on time, under budget & free of errorsMaintain internal & client-facing status reportsManage project files and logs according to outlined standards Actively participate in process enhancement discussionsMaintain documentation for SME assignments re: processAbility to manage complex projects with varying timelinesRequirementsExperience working experience as a Project Manager/Producer within CGI or the Automotive industry Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to juggle work for multiple projects at onceA positive communicator, able to coordinate internal teams positively and confidentlyPragmatic and analytically minded, you can adapt to changing deadlines and briefs, predict potential issues and problem solveExperience of working within a project management environmentCGI production experience with process and program knowledge is a strong plusPC and Mac knowledge, preferably with some knowledge of Microsoft products (primarily building spreadsheets in Excel) and Adobe AcrobatCreative problem solving abilitiesExperience using Project Management systems such as Asana, JIRA, and TrelloWorking knowledge in softwares such as 3D Model, 3dsMax, Maya, Nuke, Vray, Unreal, and Render (From a PM standpoint)Diversity and InclusionHogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
