Job DescriptionSalesforce Senior Developer | Apex, LWC & REST APIs | Global Data BusinessThe RoleYou’ll join a growing Enterprise Applications team as a Salesforce Senior Developer, helping shape, improve and expand a highly integrated Salesforce CRM that sits at the core of this global business. Working alongside Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and company growth.In this role, you’ll lead on best practices for Salesforce development, elevate engineering standards, and play a pivotal role in refining architecture and integration strategy as the business evolves.What They’re Looking For:Salesforce development expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web ComponentsStrong configuration skills (flows, validation rules, and process builder)Building and maintaining integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services)Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing settingsFamiliarity with source-based deployment strategies (Git, CLI, or DevOps Centre)Experience with unit and UI testing in Salesforce environmentsSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus)What You’ll Work With:Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQLREST/SOAP APIs and data integrationsGit or similar version control systemsDevOps Centre and scripted deploymentsAgile methodology, working in cross-functional squadsSalesforce data management (imports, exports, migrations)Nice to Haves:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldAgile/Scrum experience in a product or SaaS-led businessUnderstanding of complex, multi-system Salesforce deploymentsExperience with performance optimisation and troubleshootingWhy Join / Projects:You’ll be part of a business with Salesforce at its heart, powering everything from sales pipelines to marketing automation and business intelligence.
