Social Media and Marketing ExecutiveJob Purpose: To plan & manage all social media activity on brand using a variety of platforms to implement social media posts. To effectively coordinate pan-European marketing activity including the production of marketing assets, sales collateral as well as the production of Hanwha Vision Europe's Newsletter.Job Context: Reporting to the Senior Marketing ManagerDirect Reports: NoneKey Objectives & Responsibilities: To plan, create, and publish content for social media using our scheduling platform. To take ownership of all social media activity in support of the launch of products and solutions as well as brand posts, creating marketing assets and visuals to be used on social from hero content with the help of Canva.To share posts available through Haiilo for employee advocacyv Manage the rollout and implementation of product and brand campaignsUnderstand the benefits of our products and translate these into compelling content consistently communicated across an optimal mix of channels and platforms To coordinate the creation, adaptation and translation of assets through our design agency and in collaboration with our country teams,Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in the pursuit of all marketing activities To produce Hanwha Vision Europe's monthly newsletter using our email automation platform, and work with the country teams for translation and adaptation.Atomise existing hero content to create derivative works, extending its reach and shelf lifeSupport and provide guidance to European teams with marketing expertise in collateral production, digital assets, web content, design and print & event materialsCollaborate with European teams, PR, creative design and translation agencies, to meet business requirementsSupport where required for local European teamsSkill Requirements:Experience in a similar role requiredExcellent level of spoken and written English (essential)Experience of social media planning and scheduling, able to report on performance (Essential)Experience of email marketing (Essential)Comfortable with online graphic design platforms (Essential)PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills, Social Media Scheduling Platforms, (Essential), email automation platforms (Essential)Experience of managing pan-European / multi-lingual projects (desirable)Agency/supplier management experience Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalFluency in additional European Languages (desirable)Team player, self-motivated and able to work well on own and as part of a teamGood time management and priority handling with previous experience of working in a customer facing environmentAbility to manage and plan workload effectively. Clean Driving LicenseLocation:The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT – Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs, and the role may include travel throughout the region and outside of the UK from time to time.This job description indicates the general nature and level of work performed within this role.
