Individually great, together unstoppableThe Role and the TeamWe're looking for an experienced partnerships professional to join our Motoring, Money, Insurance & Bills team as a Senior Partnerships Manager due to growth. You'll take ownership of a category within MMIB, splitting your time between developing new business and maximising the performance of existing relationships.This is a role with real scope – you'll shape strategy, build high-impact partnerships, and deliver growth, with opportunities to develop further as the team and business continue to expand.What You'll DoTake ownership of a category within our Motoring, Money, Insurance & Bills team, managing and growing a portfolio of partners to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and performanceShape and deliver partner-level strategies that drive growth, from negotiating stronger commercial agreements to exploring new distribution opportunitiesLead commercial negotiations with both new and existing providers, balancing a member-first approach with BLC's business goalsReport and share insight on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue performance, using data to inform decision-making and spot opportunitiesCollaborate with partners and internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Product) to design and deliver joint campaigns that increase engagement and uptakeUse insight and performance data to recommend improvements to products, partnerships, and campaignsPartner with the Head of MMIB and Legal to ensure all activity is compliant with FCA and other regulatory frameworks, helping to identify and manage potential risksSupport the Head of MMIB in shaping and executing the MMIB strategyWhat You'll BringProven experience in partnership or account management with strong business development skills, gained in Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Comparison Sites, or a similar B2C technology businessCommercial acumen with a track record of negotiating high-value agreements and driving growth through partnershipsGood understanding of financial services regulation (FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR) or the ability to quickly get up to speed in a regulated environmentExcellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted, collaborative partnershipsExperience working closely with product and technology teams to shape and deliver digital solutions that enhance member experience and partner performance would be desirable A data-informed approach, using insight and KPIs to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvementStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with an ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solvingOur CultureOur mission is simple – make heroes happy.
