You will join a team of highly motivated people that are passionate about creating robust designs using the latest technology and finding optimised results for our new generation of battery packs in order to support the aircraft program.You will be responsible for design and development of the Aircraft Charge HV distribution system, power distribution units, and design the electro-mechanical integration within the battery system.What You'll DoResponsible for the CAD HV design architecture, components and battery HV system integration using CATIA V6 and 3DX PLM.Responsible for the Design and electro-mechanical integration of the Charge Power distribution system.Perform analysis of functional, behavioural and performance requirements.Work on Trade studies, related with weight estimations.Design system electrical drawings, harnesses and interfaces.Design Power distribution units, Electronics bays.Electronics integration within the Aircraft.Prepare documents, from design concepts to detailed electronic (CAD/3D) Drawings.Electrical system FMEASupport system fault-tree analysisWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace EngineeringExtensive experience in Product engineering design and developmentExperience designing Electrical diagrams drawings in CATIAExperience with Harness development 2D and 3D in CATIAProficiency with 3DX/CATIA designKnowledge of clearance and creepage rulesVery strong Mechanical background in statics, vibration, material selectionStrong background in bus-bar design thermal sizingKnowledge of battery pack designStrong background designing power distribution unitsExperience with Electronics PCBA mechanical integrationRailway, Automotive or Aerospace development design processesStrong technical project management skills and support management level presentations and project overviewsExperience with requirements managementDesirableExperience with eVTOL or electric aircraftKnowledge of safety-critical, fault-tolerant design for electrical aerospace systemsWhat can you expect from us?We're on a mission.
