You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers and project stakeholders, with the opportunity to take projects from concept through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse project requirements using reports, data and technical documents.\tDevelop architectural designs that meet quality, budget and programme expectations.\tCoordinate design intent across multiple disciplines.\tIntegrate engineering information, surveys and site data into architectural solutions.\tPrepare design reports, drawings and models in line with office standards.\tCarry out site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance.\tReview products, services and shop drawings for adherence to project documents and codes.Required Skills & KnowledgeExperience across all project phases.\tStrong proficiency in architectural design software (Revit essential; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop beneficial).\tUnderstanding of MEP and structural systems.\tKnowledge of UK building codes and standards.\tRelevant architectural qualifications.\tProfessional registration is an advantage.Experience Needed10–15 years of architectural project experience.\tResidential project experience highly beneficial.Want to know more?
