This role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class retail environment, delivering exceptional experiences to an international clientele.As a Personal Shopper, you will act as a trusted advisor, curating bespoke wardrobes and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for growing a loyal client base, achieving sales targets, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and exclusivity of luxury fashion.The RoleProvide personalised shopping and styling experiences tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, driving loyalty and repeat business.Proactively grow your client book through outreach, appointments, and exclusive events.Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering world-class customer service.Collaborate with store management and colleagues to deliver a seamless client journey.Support with product launches, activations, and private shopping events.Requirements:Experienced in luxury retail, ideally as a Personal Shopper, Client Advisor, or Senior Sales Associate.Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build a loyal client base.Passionate about styling, fashion, and luxury experiences.Impeccably presented, articulate, and culturally aware.Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised.Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.Work pattern:5 days a week on siteThis will include some Saturday & Sunday working, which is done on a rota basisTo apply, please send your CV to info@modesearch.co.uk or click the apply button.Please note: due to high volumes of interest, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
